"I had some t-shirts printed up for a customer and after I delivered them I was informed by the customer the shirts had a problem..I emailed screenprintit with the problem..I was emailed back right away and they found the problem and said a new batch was being done and on there way. Nothing makes me happier today when a company stands 100% behind there work and customer service. Very please with the. Thank You"

"Simply Amazing. I tried New Directions last year for a work event. The quality of the t-shirts and rhinestones were beyond fantastic. A year later and I still have all my rhinestones and the shirt looks great. I needed embroidery done for my son's golf team's uniforms and we needed it fast. Lucinda was able to get my garments in stock quickly and embroidered. Their extreme fast service in this situation saved the coach from having to have his team show up for their tournament without their jerseys and hats. I will always recommend New Directions. Lucinda was amazing from start to finish."
